All cushions are vacuum-packed for shipping. Upon opening the package, allow 72 hours for the cushions to regain their original shape.

The hardware, sofa legs, user manual, seat cushions, armrest pillows, and back cushions are all packed under the ottoman and seat frame. Please carefully check both boxes upon delivery.
